Reaching People


Communication helps - almost always. Through communication, we are understood and we achieve our goals - in companies, initiatives, and organizations, as well as in the public sector.


What fascinates me is building successful communication systematically and bringing it to life creatively. It shaped my studies and has stayed with me ever since.


Writing is my passion. A text works best when it is part of a living strategy. That's why I combine storytelling with strategic consulting. Many years as a partner and co-owner of a Berlin communications agency - and since 2018 with berge consulting.


Increasingly central to strategic work: thinking ahead. What developments are possible? Where do we want to go - as a company, a region, a society? How can we find shared goals and actively shape our future?


Futures thinking motivates and opens up new possibilities. I initiate and accompany these processes for my clients - using methods from futures research and as a certified Future Workshop facilitator (Robert Jungk Library, Salzburg, 2025). I completed my Master of Arts in Futures Studies at Freie Universität Berlin in 2026.


Based in Berlin, working with clients across Germany and internationally.

Visibility and Inspiration


  • Over 100 publications in the media — from Handelsblatt and Tagesspiegel to specialist titles such as Public Marketing and Computerwoche.
  • More than 40 talks, keynotes, and workshops at companies, chambers of commerce, cities and regions, associations, and conferences including the CeBIT event "Rock the Block" and the Digital Agenda of Saxony-Anhalt.
  • Facilitation of participatory processes for companies, associations, and cities and regions — including Berlin, Dortmund, Hamburg, and Ludwigsfelde.
